- Delivery Policy
Alfelaijwatches delivers across Oman, however some remote areas are restricted. Delivery charges are dependent on your location and is shown in your cart for your convenience. Currently we do not deliver outside the Oman.
- Cancellation, refund and Return Policy
If you wish to return or exchange an Product , you could do so for all Product(s) purchased on our website within fifteen (15) Days of the date of purchase, all the Product (s), related accessories and/or tools and components along with the Original Packaging should be intact as received. (Terms and conditions of Consumer Protection Authority laws and any concern applicable laws of Sultanate of Oman will apply on return and exchange Policy).
To ensure you are within the Policy time-frame for returning your purchase, please make sure that you contact us as soon as you have decided on returning an Product. Please send us a message via email on our contact email address listed on the website.
We would like to request you to check your Product (s) as soon as you receive in order to guarantee the best service from our end.
Each Brand has different warranty period. Standard manufacturer’s warranty applies to each brand / product. We request customers to read the prescribed details mentioned in the site carefully before ordering.
If an Product received is not the same as per the ordered product or the Product is faulty, damaged or not in the accordance to the advertised specifications in the site or is missing any component or accessory, you have the right to return the Product and we will arrange for pick up at our cost.
While requesting a return, please ensure that you communicate with us on within 03 days of receiving the product and include the original order number along with the delivery receipt/invoice copy.
For products that you return to us, you can get a credit / debit card refund based on the mode of payment earlier in your order. This process of refund can take up to 07 business days.

PLACING ORDERS
How do I order?
Ordering is easy the basic steps are outlined below:

– Add the product to the cart
– Proceed to the checkout
– Follow the directions on payment
– Await conformation once payment has been done.

How do I know if my order has been successful?
Once your order has been accepted you will receive an Email confirmation showing the details of the order you have just placed.
Can I cancel my order? You can cancel the order up to the point of shipping without any charges being applied, unfortunately once the product is shipped as per the cancelation terms in the T&Cs charges may apply. For assistance in this matter please contact the customer service team who will be happy to assist in this matter.
Multiple product orders: If you have ordered multiple products on one order we will try to ensure they are all delivered together however this also depends on the type of products ordered

Is it safe to use my Credit/Debit card ?

Will my details be shared with 3rd parties? we respect the privacy of our valued customers and do not share any customer details with any third parties?

How can I pay? Payments options are through credit and debits cards.
Will I receive a receipt for my purchase? Yes, once the order has been accepted you will receive an email confirmation of your order with full details, you will also receive a physical copy with your product.
Does Alfelaijwatches store any credit/debit card details? No credit and debit card details are not stored.
